I bought a 12 month vip pass for JAH server 3 Rush,
[Order #7338] (2020-12-02)
I’m having trouble connecting jumping the queue could you guys have a look at it? Cheers

Can you please tell me the following and I can check the status for you:
What is your in game name?
Which game did you purchase your VIP for?
Please note, you should receive an email when your VIP is active (order complete), please check your spam folder.
You will need to connect to the server at least once for your VIP to be registered with your account. Once you’ve joined you will have access to all perks and the next time you will be able to skip the queue.

Is this issue temporary or did it never work?
There are a lot of battlelog issues atm. This might also cause issues to the queue system.
I checked your status VIP, the settings and at least that the layer is running. Everything looks fine from our side atm.
Please let us know if it doesn’t work in the future.
I haven’t tried it recently but if the problem persists I’ll send more information. Cheers guys take care

Am I still VIP because i can still click Click here to get a VIP slot for our servers??
Hi. You joined a few times before so you might have seen that you have an active ban. Buying a VIP slot won’t remove a ban. You should clarify this by creating a support ticket -> https://jah-warriors.com/contact-support/
