I’d like to report the following player for repeated breaking of rules:-

This happens every game that he joins. He flys the heli into the enemy base and baserapes and destroys vehicles in the base. We called a voteban tonight and received 8 Yes votes, failing by only one vote to ban him. I’d be grateful for an admin to join the server and view his gameplay – any request for him to obey the server rules results in abuse and insults.
