Banappels for BF3 serwers

Good morning,

Some time ago I had been banned on one of your server for the reason: Cherating.
First of all I never used cheats, but ok, in this time was a lot of other servers so I started playing there. Currently situation is other, because a lot of servers are empty when I want to play. Only your servers are playable.
I can’t play on the servers where is used Metabans. I want to asked, can you cancel that ban? I am playing only on Assur-ad-mu Account. It is possible? I want to back to play on my favorites servers.

When did you get banned?
I don’t konw exectly, to yesterday it was date from February 2016, but now on the Metabans.com is a date from 5 Feb 2017. I tried to play but I get automatic kick.
Which Battlelogmessage do you get when you try to join one of our servers?
Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: No Cheating! [perm][BF3NoExplo]
