I wonder if you can help – I just received a ban about 30 secs after joining [JAH] Markaz server.

It says “Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: DPS Automatic Ban [4-AKS74U-59 [perm][AutoAdmin][Appeal ticket.jah-warriors.com]”

Weird thing is that I wasn’t using a weapon – I was in a tank. I’m assuming that the AKC74U referred to is a machine gun. So the ban seems to have been just totally random.  I tried visiting ticket.jah-warriors.com but it didn’t take me to a JAH channel.

Is there any way that someone can look into the reason why I got a ban and remove the ban please?
      Thanks in advance.

I’m not sure which admin removed the ban on me, but thank you whoever you are!

              Just got a message:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Reason specified: PunkBuster kicked player ‘leo_m61’ (for 5 minutes) … Player leo_m61 kicked by ACI LiveSecure for VPN-VPN use blocked on this server [Admin Decision]

But I’ve never used a VPN, and today I played BF3 several times without any issues, but when I tried to start it, I got this message. PunkBuster was just downloaded from the developer’s site and reinstalled, but it didn’t help.
