Getting kicked when people falsely report me

Can you all stop kicking me please when people falsely report me. Example today at 3:45pm CST in the U.S., on the [JAH] Warriors #01 – Metro Only – All Weapons – 64 Slots server,  Dark_Troll falsely reported me for texture glitching just to be an asshole. I, along with 4 others, were just standing near the dumpster at the right of A near the ramp killing people as they came up. He reports me and I get kicked about 2 minutes later. Not the first time someone falsely reports just to be a dick knowing that the person they report will get kicked. This ruins the game for those who play fairly. I reported him for false reporting but nothing ever happens.
