Banned on server for no reason

I’ve been banned cause i’ve managed to get a 7 kills streak and ended with a 30-10 stat, with Pecheneg for shooting at typical spots in Metro map, while the dude in the enemy team with 140-30 stats was let free to play after i reported him and vote for banned him, only 2 guys voted yes. Yesterday with as DOC with m16a3 i managed a 35-20 in 02.08.24

I got banned PunkBuster because it wasn’t updated I updated it and I am still banned ?!
