ban from server.

Hi,
today i get ban from you server “[JAH] Warriors #02 – Metro Only – No Explosives – 64 Slots”, i get kick for talking about player was probably hacking. i mistake to insult player, but i ask why i get ban for hacking?
I’ve found out now that I’m suspected on the site of fairplay, I would not lose the chance to play for something untrue, I do not use hack.
can you tell me what happened, and if I can continue playing on your servers, how do I do it often?
